Payment and Cancellation Policy
Check in time 2.00 pm. Check out time 10.00 am. Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to our 2pm check in time otherwise a 1 night cancellation fee is applicable. There are NO credit card surcharges for bookings made directly through this website. All guests must provide payment security by way of valid credit card details in the name of the residing guest, or by cash for the amount of $100 NZD. All guests must provide valid photo identification at the time of check in to be eligible to stay.
