Welcome to the Blue Pacific Quality Apartments booking website.

RATES: All rates are displayed in New Zealand Dollars.New Zealand GST of 15% is included on all goods. Reservations Applicable Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged at the time of making a reservation booking. You must be 18 years of age or over to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our web site. Reservation bookings and enquiries can also be made by email and will be replied to within 24 hours New Zealand time. Phone reservations: If you wish to make a booking with us via the phone, we require credit card details to secure the booking. Alternatively where the user does not have a credit card will be given 24 hours New Zealand time to direct credit into our accounts the full value of the stay. Rooms will not be reserved longer than this time period. Check-in Policy: Check-in is from 2.00pm New Zealand time on the day of arrival. You will be required to provide a credit card at the time of check-in as security, and sign a standard Blue Pacific Quality Apartment registration form. The person registering at check-in must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be one of the guests of the accommodation apartments. Late Check-in: Please advise on your booking expected time of arrival. If you are unable to check-in by 9.00pm, please phone us on 0800 86 2665 (NZ only). Checkout time is 10:00am.  There may be a charge applied for a later check out. Please check with reception.  Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later,100 percent of the first two nights will be charged.In the case of a no-show, the total price for the reservation will be charged.  Blue Pacific Quality Apartments does not warrant or guarantee that all or any deposits or prepayments for services that you have booked will be refunded and in no way be obligated to make up any shortfall. Booking Amendments: To amend your booking up to 7(seven) days of arrival, please email info@bluepacific.co.nz directly, quoting the booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation. There maybe a charge. Amendments will be considered case-by-case. If you need to shorten your length of stay, full accommodation charges may apply. A refund may occur if the apartment is able to be re-let. Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. All costs incurred in the recovery of debts are to be borne by the debtor.  We reserve the right to charge overdue accounts a recovery fee on all accounts that are not paid by the due date. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be made to the holder of the credit card debited for the original transaction. Special Conditions. Valid Credit Card guarantees an on line reservation.  Do not use a visa debit card or similar. Payment is on arrival or departure. Smoking Policy: No smoking is to take place inside the apartments. We reserve the right to charge out extra costs to return the apartment to a smoke free environment if smoking has occurred within and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. Resulting loss of income? could occur when the proceeding guests refuse to stay in their booked apartment rooms as a result of the contamination. Damage to Blue Pacific Quality Apartments: Damage to apartment property should be reported immediately. Any damage to the apartment or furnishings incurred during your stay will be debited to your credit card. Child Policy: It is the parents / guardians responsibility to supervise the child / children at all times while staying at the Blue Pacific Quality Apartments. These Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand
