Advance Payment Policy:
All guests are requested to pay Room Amount including Taxes for the entire stay and 20% Extras at the Front Desk as Safety Deposit. Unused Extras deposits are refundable to the guests.
For any extension of the stay; guest must deposit applicable amount at the Front Desk.
Extension is subject to availability of the Room.
No refund for the Short stay is applicable.
A cancellation is free of charge if done before 48 hours of Arrival Date. Penalty Charge for late cancellation is 1 night
For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
-Check-in after 12:00 Noon, Check-out before 10:00 AM
-Early Check-in shall be subject to availability only. For Guaranteed early Check-in, reservation needs to be done from the previous night.
-Late Check-out shall be subject to room availability only.
Check out time is ( mention your checkout time here ) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Children up to 05 years stay free in parents room when using existing beds in room.
Extra Beds if availed in such cases, as charged as an adult.
Children aged 11 years and older are fully charged.
Free! One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged INR 1250 + Taxes per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Identity Card Policy
Please note that the guests are required to provide valid government approved photo identity proof at the reception at the time of check in, without which the guests will not be allowed to check-in. The identification proofs that are accepted are:
â¢ Passports, Driving License, Aadhar Card, and IDâs issued by Government of India or state Governments having Photo of the Guest and his residential Address.
â¢ PAN card and Company employee cards are not acceptable.
â¢ Foreigners are required to submit their passports with valid Visa at the time of check in.
â¢ NRIâs if submitting IDâs issued outside India will be required to submit a copy of their Passport also.
â¢ Room cannot be allocated to a guest if IDâs are not provided at the Time of Check In.
â¢ In case of dispute on the ID proof the decision of the Hotel management will be Final.
Please note that the PAN cards will not be accepted as a valid address card.
Please note that the property reserves the right of admission.
Accommodation can be denied to the guests posing as a couple in case suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check in.
Please note that the primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check in the hotel.
(No refund will be granted for any cancellations due to issue with Age or unacceptable ID provided by the guests at the property)
Rooms and Suites at Property is provided for residential purpose only.
If any illegal activities are
100% Room Tariff advance & 20% for the Extras require at the time of Check In
Government Taxes are subject to change and will be applicable without prior intimation.
Personal food and beverages are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises.
In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, It will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Property will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
No loud music (as in DJ/disco/loudspeaker music) is allowed in the open areas of the property.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guests belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
Pets are not allowed.
Noise and shouting:
This is a family hotel and we will not tolerate any rude, drunk and absurd behavior, please do not shout or listen to the television in high volume, do not cause any disturbance to the other hotel guest.
The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.
Damage/defacement to property:
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves,their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guests leave the hotel premises and at the time of check out. It is not permitted to lock hotel rooms with personal locks. , in case the key is lost or damaged a charge of INR 2000 per key will be charged by the hotel.
Storing of hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc, in the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel premise and hotel rooms also including hotel toilets
Government rules regulations: guests are requested to observe government rules and regulations in force from time to time, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks,firearms, etc.
