This our most flexible rate and no charges will be taken at the time of making your reservation - you pay when you stay. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to guarantee your room. You may cancel or modify your booking for free if you do so more than 48 hours prior to arrival. If your booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of a no-show 100 per cent of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided.
All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with Art Deco Masonic Hotel Napier, in New Zealand dollars. The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages).
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
We encourage all guests to take out travel insurance in the event that circumstances beyond your control cause cancellation of your booking.
During check-in an estimated amount will be pre-authorised against your credit card for your stay and finalised on check out. Due to some banks processing times, it may take up to five working days to appear in your account. Please note that pre-loaded travel cards are not recommended for pre-authorisation. If paying by credit card, a 2% surcharge will be added to your transaction.
Please keep your booking voucher with your travel documents.
Reception is open 24 hours a day. Check in time is from 2.00pm and check out time is 10.00am. We do have a luggage room if you arrive earlier and would like to store your bags.
