Credit Card Payments: Amex, Master and Visa card payments will incur a 2% surcharge, this does not apply to debit or prepaid cards. This charge will show up on your receipt/invoice as a credit card use surcharge.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation advise must be received 24 hours prior to your arrival date. In the event of late cancellation one nights tariff will apply. In the event of a no-show full charges will apply. Separate cancellation policy applies on event dates covering city wide events. Please enquire at time of booking if you have any questions relating to cancellations. Any changes to a reservation must be received in writing.
Age Policy: All reservations received must be made by persons over the age of 18 years. Any person under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Failure to comply may result in termination of the accommodation reserved.
Security Policy: If you experience any noise disturbance during your stay, please call our Security on 0800 50 80 25. All security callout costs are on-charged to the party responsible, at $100.00 per call out.
All visitors are required to vacate the property by 10pm. After this time the only guests allowed to stay are the number as indicated on this confirmation. Failure to adhere to this may result in full termination of the accommodation.
Quiet enjoyment and termination : Guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises. Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other guest or nearby resident. If a guest/s continually causes disruption/s including the described the property may consider a full termination of the accommodation requiring the guest/s to vacate the premises and call out fees charged.
Credit Card Use: Reservations are accepted and guaranteed by a valid credit card with sufficient funds, Full credit card details must be provided at the time a reservation is made. If at any stage a credit card becomes invalid or sufficient funds are not available the property may consider a full termination of the accommodation reserved
All costs in relation to collection of overdue accounts will be added to your account.
Payments and charge back : All charges must be settled at time of booking unless previous arrangements have been made. Credit is available to approved companies however a credit application must be completed and returned to the property. Approval of credit is not guaranteed.
Servicing : Apartments will be serviced once every 7 days, unless separate arrangements have been made or this particular rate states servicing is included. Additional servicing can be requested for an extra cost.
Reinstatement and hand back: Guests agree to:
(1) Properly use, operate and safeguard the premises and all furniture and furnishings, appliances and fixtures within the premises.
(2) Maintain the premises in clean and sanitary condition, and upon termination of accommodation, to surrender the premises to Landlord in the same condition as when the guest first took occupancy, except for ordinary wear and tear.
(3) Notify the property upon discovery of any damages, defects or dangerous conditions in and about the premises; and reimburse the property for the cost of any repairs to the premises of damages caused by misuse or negligence of tenants or their guests or invitees.
