CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
•Check-in time is after 02:00PM local time. Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
•Check-out time is 12:00PM local time.
•Hotel reserves the right to charge at 50% of the check-out date rate in this reservation if the client extends stay after the check-out time until and/or before 6:00PM local time.
•Extension beyond 6:00PM local time will attract a full-day rate based on the Rate of the day.
NON SMOKING HOTEL
• We are a Non Smoking hotel, smoking is only allowed at designated smoking area / balcony area
• All rooms are Non Smoking rooms, Please refrain from smoking in the room, There will be IDR 2 million penalty for any guest found smoking inside the room.
•Breakfast time open starting from 06:30AM until 10:00AM.
•The restaurant will be closed at 10:00PM with last order at 09:30PM.
•The Spa opens starting from 09:00AM until 09:00PM with last order 08:00PM.
•The swimming pool opens starting from 07:00AM until 09:00PM.
•The reception or operator will available for 24/7 service.
•Any kind of guest ID required upon check in process.
•Guest Guarantee Deposit is required upon check-in for any personal consumption during the period of stay, with minimum amount of IDR. 200.000,- per day by credit card or cash money. Guest Guarantee Deposit will be refunded upon check-out. If there is no transaction during the period of stay.
•Safe deposit box is available in the room.
•Taksu Sanur Hotel will not share the guest detail to other person without any permission from the guest.
•Any damages of the hotel furniture which are caused by the guest will be charged to the guest directly.
•Late check-out request will be given based on availability and there is additional charge for it (depends of the time).
•Beach Club entrance fee IDR 50.000 per person including free shuttle to the beach club on hotel’s schedule.
•In case the client wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, or even in the same hotel.
•In case the client wishes to extend his reservation prior to his arrival at the hotel, the client must contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible.
•If the client wishes to change the days of his stay at the hotel, he must contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible.
•In case the client wishes to shorten the duration of his stay after his arrival at the hotel, no refund is available. In any case, clients should contact the competent department of the hotel as soon as possible.
•An amount equivalent to the entire reservation charge from initial period of stay will be applied for early departure and no show.
•The hotel reserves the rights to implement more stringent cancellation policy during high and peak seasons without prior notice.
•The refund of the reservation to the client by the company is realized via the same credit card used to make the payment for the reservation concerned.
