All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Please let us know the preferred bed configuration when booking i.e. super king or twin singles.
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in is available on request. We have an automatic check-in process & all bookings are charged prior arrival with arrival information being sent via email.
Non-refundable bookings are charged in full when the booking is made. Refundable bookings are charged in the week prior to arrival.
Once you have received your arrival information you may arrive at any time.
