bookings: chitrakatha has partnered with many leading wesbites to give you smooth access to booking a stay with us. you may also book a stay directly with chitrakatha through ‘book my stay’ icon on the homepage or write an email. it is best to book your stay ahead of time, esecially during typical travel season. full payment must be made at the time of booking. for direct bookings, we accept payment through online bank transfer/cheque/cash deposit only. and in keeping with your needs, we now have a secure payment gateway on our website.
upon booking directly or through a partner website, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. we request that you produce your booking confirmation upon check-in at the hotel. if you do not receive your booking confirmation within 24 hours from the time of booking/payment, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
for guests arriving without prior booking, admission will be subject to room availability.
we do not charge any additional costs for children below the age of 3 years travelling with our guests.
chitrakatha provides complementary pick up from train and sindhi camp bus station. if you would like to avail this facility, we would request you to inform us at the time of booking or at least one day before your arrival on email@example.com
documentation: we request that you produce your booking confirmation upon check-in at the hotel.
foreign nationals and indians are required to submit a government approved proof of their identity at the time of check-in. minors below the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
while we value our guests’ privacy and safety, we are obliged to provide all information and documents if required, for official government enquiry . however, the management holds the right to deny.
check-in, modification and cancellation policies: any cancellations would need to be made/informed via email. cancellations made less than 2 days before the date of stay will incur 100% charge. for any cancellations made more than 2 days before the date of stay, chitrakatha would refund the money after deducting a nominal charge of 10% to cover the opportunity lost due to unforeseen reasons. exceptions can be made in case of an emergency and that is left to our best judgement.
any modifications to existing bookings will be subject to availability of rooms. in case we do not have rooms available for the changed dates, the transaction would be treated as cancellation and as such rules would be applicable. when modifying booking during peak season, the guest would need to pay differential room tariff, if any.
any refunds for direct bookings would take 7 working days after the cancellation. refunds for cancellation of bookings made through a partner would be made by them directly and not by chitrakatha. we request you to contact the partner website only in such a case.
