Early check-in (check-in before 12:00 hrs) Before 09:00 hrs: 100% of the preferred room rate
Between 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs: 50% of the preferred room rate.
Late check-out (check-out after 12:00 noon)
Between 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs: 50% of the preferred room rate
Check-out after 18:00 hrs: 100% of the preferred room rate.
A reservation with check-in prior to 09:00 hrs is held from the previous evening and is charged for the previous evening. â¢All confirmed reservations must be guaranteed at the time of reservation. To guarantee a reservation the hotel will require a credit card guarantee or one nightâs deposit in cash. â¢All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above. â¢Fully Guaranteed reservations will be held till 12:00 hrs of the following day. â¢All non-guarantee reservations will be wait listed and automatically released by 12:00 noon same day. Maximum Occupancy: â¢A maximum occupancy of 3 is permissible per room at additional charge of INR 1,200 plus government taxes (above double occupancy rate). â¢ This is not applicable for long stay rates for any roomâs category. Children Policy: â¢There will be no extra charge for children under 10 years of age,sharing the same room with parents without a roll-away bed. â¢Should an extra bed be required then the extra bed charges INR 1,200 plus government taxes will be implied for that particular room/suite per day/night. ID Proof: In keeping with the legal legislative regulations, we request all guests to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. â¢Foreign Guest: Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport, visa or if any other legal proof. â¢Indian Guest: Indian nationals can present their government issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card, voterâs ID card or if any other legal proof. Taxes: â¢The rates do not include government taxes or service charge. In case the government taxes are increased or decreased by the government from time to time, the applicable rate at the time of the guestâs stay shall be applicable. â¢We do not accept Personal cheques for payment nor do we undertake any third party billing. Personal Cheques for billing are not acceptable unless approved and deposited with hotel accounts a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival. Cheques to be drawn in favour of âMeridian Bay Resort and Spaâ. Airport Transfers: â¢Airport Transfer can be arranged by the hotel at an additional cost of INR 3,500 Plus Taxes one way unless included in your room packages.â¢Prior written intimation would be required to arrange for the same. Pet Policy: â¢Pets are not allowed inside of the hotel premises. Cancellation Policy: â¢Hotel reserves the right to levy one nightâs room charge and taxes applicable thereof as cancellation or no-show charges. â¢If our guest made cancellation between 72 hrs to 48 hrs of arrival,there will be 10% cancellation charge. (Banking fee and administration fee). â¢ If our guest made cancellation beyond 48 hrs with multiple day stays,one night tariff is applicable as cancellation or no-show charges, and subsequent dayâs reservation shall be released to other guests. Payment options: â¢You are welcome to pay your hotel invoice using debit card,MasterCard or cash. *Room category rate is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. We reserve the right to request for company identification or business card upon check in and mayapply the best available rate for the day if valid proof is not available. *Restricted promotional rates may sometimes be available through the hotel website, you are advised to check at the time of booking.
