Guests must present valid photo ID upon check in. This must be in the same name as the booking confirmation.
NOTE: check in times are strictly between 2 pm and 8 pm. Any unexpected arrival later than 8 pm must be notified to us as soon as possible and may incur a staff call out cost due to the main reception closing at 8 pm.
Please note that all special requests, such as a late check out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Any modification requested to the reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the management approve and are able to resell the booked accommodation.
Children are welcome, however they must have been declared when booking. If any child or extra guest has not declared prior to arrival we cannot guarantee the room booked will be available to them due to a maximum number of persons able to be in many rooms. The guest may be required to upgrade their booking or purchase a second room (if available)
All children are charged NZ$25 per night when using existing beds. NOTE:There is no capacity for any extra rollaway beds or cribs in the queen room, the studios and the deluxe apartments.
