Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings. Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a full refund to your credit card, less the credit card commission we have been charged. Cancellation made after this time may result in the additional amount of your full stay being retained. Non-refundable bookings will be charged at any time after the booking. In case of a cancellation there wont be any refund for this booking type. Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking. We also accept that 10 Cottages have the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 1.25% per month, and that all accounts are due for payment by the 20th of the month following invoice date. The charging of such interest will be at the discretion of 10 Cottages. We accept that 10 Cottages may supply our information to third parties for the purpose of collecting any outstanding amounts from us and further that any collection costs incurred by 10 Cottages will be fully recoverable from us. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over. All pets are prohibited on property (a fine of $250.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered). Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
