Number of people per unit:
*Each cottage and suite can accommodate maximum of 2 adults. Strict no under 18 years old policy applies.
*You will forfeit your booking with no refund if you arrive with extra people (including people under 18 years old).
*Extra-cleaning fees of $50 per item for that require additional treatment for (including and not limited to): Blood stains; Red Wine stains; Make-up; etc.
*Standard check-in is from 3 pm and standard check-out is before 11 am as listed on all booking websites.
*Non standard check-in/check-out times is subject to cleaning providers availability (payment of $45 per hour fee required by the cleaning provider to change schedules); and must be approved by us at least 72 hours in advance of check-in date. Access to the property will be denied if you attempt to arrived before 3 pm unless we advised other arrangements in writing.
*We have security gates installed, access to the property will not be given to unauthorised people. You must advise us of any visitors/deliveries as parking is limited.
*All guests that booked directly through us will have self check-in and can go straight to their unit upon arrival.*All bookings through 3rd party websites (e.g. EXPEDIA, WOTIF, QANTAS,JETSTAR, Flybuys, etc.) are required to provide valid national photoID and valid MasterCard/VISA credit card.
*Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, must be used on specified date listed on the voucher or have 6 or 12 months expiry period from date of issued. Vouchers cannot be transferred, used for promotion periods(e.g. Hot-deals) or Public Holidays periods.
*All extras are ordered in advance and paid at the time ordered.
*Cancellations refer to cancellation policy.
Full payment and stage payments (deposit and balance payments):
*We accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards and cash.
*All online reservations will be charged full amount at the time the booking is made.
*Phone reservations can negotiate stage payments if reservation of more than 15 days to check-in date which can be secured with a 50%deposit on a Visa/MasterCard credit card with the balance due 14 days prior to check-in date. The balance will be charged to the credit card details supplied or other payment alternatives that have been accepted by Belle Le Vie in advance.
*You can change your reservation dates up to 15 days prior to your check-in date. A $50 administrative charge will apply.
*Within 14 days or less prior to your check-in date, the cancellation policy will apply.
*Booking made directly with us can cancel more than 14 days before check-in date and receive refund of amounts paid (including extras/inclusions amounts) minus $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in date will be charged full amount(including extras/inclusions) and there will be no refunds.
*Booking made through 3rd party can cancel more than 60 days before check-in date and receive refund of amounts paid (including extras/inclusions amounts) minus $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in date will be charged full amount(including extras/inclusions) and there will be no refunds.
Damage,Breakages, Theft and Loss:
* If you have left items behind and would like to have them returned, you can either return to retrieve them or send a self addressed registered parcel bag/envelope.
*Guests will be charged for damages, breakages, theft, and loss of Belle Le Vie property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owners in writing.
