Prepaid bookings made online will require a credit card to be presented on arrival for security and to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay
Minimum stay: 4 nights minimum stay apply between the 24th of December until the 10th of January (unless specified differently)
2 nights minimum stay apply on Friday and Saturday nights between October until end of April (unless specified differently)
Modifications: Any modifications of booking, must be received in writing, will be considered as a new booking, and might occur additional charges.
CANCELLATIONS: All Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing
Refundable rate cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are liable for those nights accommodation affected.
If the room can be resold a $20 cancellation fee will apply to each room night booked. There are no fees payable if the room is cancelled more than 7 days from the reservation date unless specified at the time of booking.
Refunds will only be made to the credit Card debited for the Original Transaction.
NON-Refundable rate cancellation policy: This rate is Non-refundable & Non Modifiable and requires full prepayment.
Date changes might be allowed at the discretion of motel staff. Additional room rate costs may apply if the amended date costs more than the original date booked. The additional cost will be the difference between the amended date and the original dates Best Available Rate. If the amended date has a lower Best Available Rate than the price initially paid, no price reduction will be made from the original booking price, and no part refunds will be given.
Special Public holidays: A non refundable deposit may also be required during periods of heavy demand such as public holidays, and the Christmas / New Year period. Between the 24th of December and the 10th of January the 1 night deposit is non-refundable
When using this booking engine supplied by Staah.com, all Credit card information given to secure or prepay for a booking will be held securely under the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider, and can only be accessed by the Motel operator via a security code.

2. Direct Bookings / Reservations Direct Bookings / Reservations with the hotel will be at the Contracted rates in New Zealand (NZD) Dollars and will be due for Settlement upon Confirmation or by Alternative Arrangement. Method of payment (Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos).
