Government issued photo ID will berequired at check-in.
Cancellations must be made a minimumof 48 hours prior to the 2pm check in time. Any cancellation received after that time will incur the first night’scharge. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the firstnight’s charge. No refunds will begiven. This excludes peak periods.
Check-in’s / Check-out’s
Check in time starts at 2pm. Reception closes at 9pm Monday – Friday and8pm Saturday & Sunday. Check-out is 10am. Late check-outs can be arranged and may incura surcharge.
No Pets Allowed
No pets allowed. Registered assistance dogs are accepted.
In consideration of other guests, The Heritage has a No partypolicy. NO loud noise is permitted in your Room after 10pm. The Heritage prides itself on providing a homely and relaxing environment forthe benefit of all guests. If at any time you are disturbed by noise fromeither within or outside the property, please contact Reception.
The Heritage has a strict NO SMOKINGPOLICY in all our rooms. Please respect this for the comfort of other guests. Ifthe policy is not adhered to, a cost of $300.00 will be charged to the creditcard provided or the pre-authorisation taken. This is to cover the cleaning ofcarpets, curtains, cushions, blankets and throws etc.
Unruly conduct will not be tolerated by management and guests maybe asked to leave the premises with no refunds given. The guests also acknowledge any loss, damage,additional cleaning costs or any other expense as a result of inappropriate conductby themselves or invitees, will be paid for by either the credit card given, orthe pre-authorisation taken.
