Cancellation, No Show/ No Change Policy :
The property operates on a 48 hour Cancellation & No Show Policy on all rooms and rates. Failure to notify reception of your non arrival by 1.00 pm two days before your expected arrival date will incur the first nights charge. Management reserves the right to alter this policy for Special Event, peak periods and Group Bookings.

08:30 - 5:00 pm Sunday and Public Holidays
Late arrivals may be permitted until 8:00 pm subject to prior arrangement and confirmation.
Caravan / Motor Homes - arrivals are not accepted after reception hours ( Winter no arrivals after 5:00 pm )
Over winter months office hours may be subject to change (08:00 - 5:00 pm)
An on-site Manager is available 24/7 for urgent assistance and can be contacted using the contact number by the front door.
Swimming Pool is open 08:30 - Sunset
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and must adhere to pool rules including pool slide. Adults are not permitted on the water slide.
Camp Kitchen / TV / Games room 08:00 - 9:00 pm
Deposit / Payment Policy :
To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. Pre-payment may be requested prior to arrival, full pre-payment for Special Event, Peak Periods and Group Bookings is taken 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
We are a dog friendly park and dogs are permitted subject to prior approval. We have a limited number of dog friendly cabins and are available subject to prior approval and conditions.Dogs must be on a lead and secured at all times whilst within the park grounds and must never be left unattended.
Please check with reception as to restricted areas.
Information for Cabins :
Linen, bedding and bath towels is provided on the main bed only, additional linen can be hired (at charge) for the bunk / single beds or BYO.
All cabins have reverse cycle heating and cooling in the living area.
All cabins have cooking facilities including cook top, microwave oven and full size fridge and also includes crockery, cutlery and basic pots and pans.
It is our duty of care to advise all parents that under the Australian Standards recommend that children under the age of 9 years should not sleep on the top bunk as it could be dangerous.
Information for Sites :
Unfortunately this park is not suitable for tents / soft bodied camper trailers or non self contained cars.
Our camp kitchen is available for your use, features under cover gas BBQs, electric oven, fridges, microwave ovens, jug, toaster and utensils. It is the guests responsibility to ensure all items are cleaned and returned to its original condition and spot.
There is one amenity block, including laundry. Machines take $1 coins and are $3 per wash and $4 per dry. Please note that we do not offer hot wash with the washing machines.
Please do not park on cement slabs.
Sites and Cabins are permitted to have one motor vehicle only, which must be parked in the designated parking spot or on your site.
Vehicles such as trailers, boats and long wheel based vehicles cannot be accommodated within the park and may be parked outside the park which has no parking restrictions.The visitors car park at the entrance of the park is for day visitor use only.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow trailers / boats / trucks to park next to the cabins or on sites.
All roads in the park are shared between pedestrians and vehicles. Speed limits are walking pace at all times within the park.
Bikes and Scooters :
Bikes and scooters are permitted in the park but a helmet must be worn at all times.
Skateboards, roller blades, rip-sticks and motorised scooters or buggies are not permitted, however there is a skate park located at Town Beach.
Bikes and scooters are not to be ridden around amenities, recreation area, boom gates, permanent residential area or Life Style Village and should not be ridden after dark.
Unfortunately the park does not have the benefit of NBN and has had to put in its own microwave wireless internet system. As such wireless internet is available at charge with vouchers available from reception during office hours.
No open fires are permitted in the park, including heat beads and coal / charcoal / timber.
Due to privacy and safety concerns the flying of drones within the park is not permitted.
Please be respectful of other guests right to a peaceful and relaxing stay by restricting noise from television, music and social gatherings between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
This park is subject to a No Party Policy with visitors required to leave the property by 9 pm.
Visitors of registered guests must report to reception before using any of the parks facilities; including amenities and recreational facilities. Day use charges may apply.
