These are general terms and conditions for the Camelia Hotel.
The customer, by confirming a booking with the Camelia Hotel accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
Reservations
Upon confirming your reservation your credit card will be charged the full amount.
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is processed in a secure way. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking
if paying by cash, the hotel requires photo ID (i.e. Passport or driving licence only)
Room Prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate. Service charge is not applicable
Cancellations
If cancelled by 48hours prior to date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For later cancellations and in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Until 10:30 am
Children
All children are welcome.
⢠All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
⢠One further child under 2 years is charged GBP 5 per night in a baby cot.
⢠Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.
⢠There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms
Groups
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Groups of young people are not accepted at the hotel under any circumstances in accordance with our family hotel policy.
Damage to Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients or their guests to the Hotelâs property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guestâs debit/credit card or to send an invoice for the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage. We will, however, endeavour to keep any costs to a minimum. Depending on the severity of the guestâs actions the police may become involved at the hotelâs discretion.
Pets
Pets may be allowed at the discretion of the hotel proprietor and at an additional charge to be agreed at the time of booking
The Management of the Camelia reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from this establishment, any patrons whose behaviour gives cause for concern.
