Below are some important terms and conditions. Whilst Terms and Conditions are rarely read, we encourage you to have a look to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. When you confirm a booking with us you are confirming that you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Payment: Upon confirming your reservation your credit card will be charged by our bookings office for the full amount of your stay. We aim to complete this within 24 hours of your booking. Once payment is received, we will confirm that payment has been received. If your payment is declined for any reason we will contact you to advise you of this. Our payment terms are full payment at time of booking. Room Prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Emails & Brochure: All personal data is processed in a secure way. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. If you opt in to receive information about promotions and deals you will only receive information from The Greenhouse Christian Centre and not passed on to a third party. We also send a brochure to our guests who stay with us. If youd like to receive these twice a year, then please give us your address when you stay or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Dietary Requirements: If you have any dietary requirements that you have not let us know, please email us or phone us. Whilst we will always try, we may not be able to cater for your requirements if these have not been confirmed with us before your stay.
Adding Extra Meals: If you wish to change the meals that you are having across your stay then you can add lunch and/or dinner by paying a set charge for each meal added on. Please contact us by phone or email before your stay if you want to add specific meals on.
Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel your booking please call us directly. If you are due to arrive within 4 weeks of your booking,then your booking is non-refundable. If your stay with us is further than 4 weeks away, then we will give you a full refund minus £50. We do recommend getting holiday insurance and recommend our partners: www.cancellationplan.co.uk.
Financial Assistance: There is a bursary fund available to help support those who require financial assistance. If you wish to apply for a bursary, please email your request to email@example.com or call us on 01202 764776. A discount of 10% is available to those engaged in full time Christian ministry. All discounts are at the managements discretion.
Meals Time: Breakfast is served between 8.00am-9.00am. Lunch is served at 1.00pm. Dinner is served at 6.00pm. If you have booked an evening meal and are arriving after 6.00pm, please contact us.
Animals are not allowed except for assistance dogs.
Arrival and Departure Times: Rooms will be ready from 3pm on your day of arrival and we ask that rooms are vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please note that lunch is included on the day of departure for full board stays so guests are welcome to use the lounge and other facilities after checking out of their room. We request that guests arriving after 6pm call in advance to make arrangements for checking in.
During your stay: We will endeavor to always make known at the time of booking any events taking place in the house during your stay which may impact you. However, events may be scheduled after you have booked,including group bookings. We therefore encourage all guests to call or email in advance if they would like to be updated on events taking place in the house during their stay.
Towels: Towels are provided in all bedrooms, however, we request you use your own towels for the swimming pool and beach.
Swimming Pool Safety: There are no lifeguards at the pool and therefore guests are responsible for their own safety. We operate a no lone swimming policy and all guests are required to read our Pool Policy before using the swimming pool regardless of ability and sign a Swimmer Consent Format reception at the beginning of every stay.
