The hotel may deny check in to guests providing Id Proof of thesame city as the hotel itself.

Itis mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time ofcheck-in.

Accordingto government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every personabove the age of 18 staying at the hotel. 

Theidentification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. 

Note-PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

Thehotel reserves the right of admission. 

Accommodationcan be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identificationis not presented at check-in. 

Thehotel will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the afore said reason.

Reservation Being  No Show - it is non-Refundable.

Merchant transaction feeswill be deducted if the hotel cancellation policy is allowing the booking to berefunded.
